BMC Service Bulletin - Gearbox (Sprite MKIII)

Attached to this post is an original Technical Bulletin from BMC Australia. The text of the bulletin is as follows:

GEARBOX

Difficulty in pulling up the gearbox to the engine may be due to the case assembly fouling the top left hand of the oil pump cover.

In such cases clearance should be given by removing a small amount of material from the inside of the casing where indicated by an arrow in the sketch.
