Attached is an original service bulletin from BMC Australia. The text of the bulletin is as follows:
GEARBOX MOUNTING
Certain complaints of engine vibrations and harshness have been traced to the gearbox rear extension resting on the rear mounting support.
This condition may be rectified by inserting packing pieces, Part No. 2A5423, between the mounting assembly and the gearbox rear extension, as incorporated in production from the following change-point:
Austin Healey Sprite Mk. III Car No. 48403
